A: Yes, we can offer free samples for your confirmation before you place an bulk order.
Q: Can we mix design to meet the MOQ?
A: Yes, you can combine several styles to meet MOQ. We are willing to start with small quantity for trial order.
Q: What is your key products or your strengths?
A: We are able to offer almost every kind of woven garments includes Pants, Jacket, Uniform, Suit, Coat and so on
Q: Have you got design or technical team?
A: Yes, we have very strong & profession technical and development teams who can work with you from the very beginning of the products as pictures or just idea to the delivery.
Q: What are your payment terms?
Re: Our payment terms: T/T, L/C, PayPal, West union and so on
Q: What’s the lead time for the samples and how do you charge?
A: Normally it will take 3-5 days for sampling. And we will refund 100% sampling cost to you once bulk order confirmed.
Q: What about the shipment and how do you charge?
A: By sea or air or courier. The charge depends on agreed delivery terms, weight or CBM as well as the destination port.
Q: What is the lead time of a normal order?
A: Normally, the lead time around 6-8 weeks. We are able to offer regular garment styles (ready available fabric for cutting) that can improve the lead time.
